I'm sharing with you how to sew a quick and easy small picnic blanket. The reason that I have decided to sew this one is, we went to see a hot air balloon festival in Plano and it was awesome !
Now let me tell you what have I used to make a small blanket. When I first started I bought a bunch of fabrics without having any clear idea. One of those is one yard of polyester fabric and I'm using that as the back side for my blanket. For the front side I'm using an old pillow case and some fabric scraps from my previous sewing projects. I suggest you to work with whatever you have in hand and remember there is no right or wrong way to so these kind of projects.
